No. You no need account for the device app, and e dey work offline by default. Cloud Vault add optional Premium backup and sync. E need account and internet connection for those functions.
Import go hide the originals?
Confirm say your files import well before you remove originals from Photos and Recently Deleted. You need handle copies for other apps or backups separately. Watch the import video.
Every phone get all features?
