No. Our team no fit see the photos or videos inside your vault. Files for your device and files for Cloud Vault both use AES encryption. Cloud Vault encrypt files for your device before upload, with password wey dem no dey send to our servers.
Copies go still dey my camera roll?
Import no dey hide copies wey remain outside the vault. Confirm say your files don import, then remove originals from your photo library and Recently Deleted. You need handle copies for other apps, shared albums or separate backups for where dem dey.
Cloud Vault dey inside the free app?
No. Cloud Vault na optional Premium feature. Turn am on and let backup finish before you change device. You need your Cloud Vault password to restore files; we no fit recover that password. Your phone backup settings dey separate.
I fit use passcode wey different from my phone own?
Yes. Choose separate vault PIN, password wey get letters and numbers, or pattern. If your vault code different, person wey know your phone passcode no automatically know your vault code. You fit also require Face ID and vault PIN together, so Face ID alone no go open your vault.
