Before you delete

Export the photos and videos wey you wan keep before you delete your data. The deletion fit be permanent. To delete app no dey cancel subscription.

Delete app data wey dey your phone

If Cloud Vault dey off, to uninstall the app go remove vault files wey dey that phone. To remove only the icon from home screen no be to uninstall the app.

Delete your Cloud Vault account

Open the app, go Settings, choose Cloud Vault, scroll reach bottom, tap Delete and confirm. To uninstall only the app no dey delete your Cloud Vault account.

Ask for help to delete

If you no fit delete your account inside the app, contact support with your Cloud Vault email address. Tell dem say you wan delete your Cloud Vault account. The team fit need confirm say na you own am. No put your password or private files.
