How to access your existing Cloud Vault backup

Use Private Photo Vault® on your iPhone or Android device. Download it above if you’re on a new phone.

Find Cloud Vault
Open Settings in the app, then Cloud Vault. Sign in to your existing Cloud Vault account.

Use your Cloud Vault password
Your password unlocks your encrypted backup. It is separate from your app lock and cannot be recovered by our team.
App access questions
Is there a Photo Vault Online web app?
No. Private Photo Vault® is app only. Use the official download buttons above to get the app. This website does not collect your account details or Cloud Vault password.
Will all my photos appear on a new phone?
Only files that finished uploading to Cloud Vault can be restored from that backup. Enable Cloud Vault and check that the upload is complete before changing phones.
Can I transfer files from a computer?
The app’s WiFi Transfer feature lets you upload and download files through your computer’s browser. Follow the instructions shown inside the app. WiFi Transfer is separate from Cloud Vault and is not a website login.
