HOW IT WORKS
Repeated imports and saved copies can make a library harder to browse and use more storage. Duplicate Detection scans your vault or the Photos app to help you find duplicates and make decisions about the collection.
Look at the results and decide which copies you need. A duplicate inside the vault and an intentional copy elsewhere may serve different purposes. Keep the version you want and verify any important backup before removing files.
After reviewing duplicates, albums and sub-albums can help you keep the remaining collection understandable. If storage is still tight, optional premium Cloud Vault with Space Saver can keep originals in encrypted cloud storage to free phone space.
