Use covers and photo order alongside albums and sub-albums. These organization tools let you work within the vault instead of exporting private files to sort them elsewhere. Password-protected albums can add another layer of access control for selected collections.

Treat backup as a separate setting. If you use Cloud Vault, check that the files you need have finished backing up.
