HOW IT WORKS
Choosing a different phone platform should not require starting a private collection from scratch. Private Photo Vault® supports iPhone and Android, and optional Cloud Vault provides backup and sync between them.
Cloud Vault requires an account and internet access for backup and sync. Files are encrypted on your device before upload, using a key derived from your Cloud Vault password. The password is required to remove that Cloud Vault encryption layer on another device.
Let the backup finish and confirm you know your Cloud Vault password. On the new device, open the important photos and play the videos you need. Keep the old phone and its files until you have confirmed access to the collection.
No. The on-device vault works without an account and is offline by default. Cloud Vault adds optional premium backup and sync.
There is no Cloud Vault browser login or online photo viewer. Access the collection through the official app.
