Cloud Vault need account and internet for backup and sync. Your device encrypt files before upload with key wey come from Cloud Vault password. You need the password to remove that Cloud Vault encryption layer for another device.
Let backup finish and confirm say you know your Cloud Vault password. For new device, open important photos and play videos wey you need. Keep old phone and its files until you confirm access to collection.
